Training Your Pure

Training your pure...
1. Get all the starting stuff you can (food, money, weapons, equipment, ect.)
2. Accomplish both the new and old stronghold (for money to get the stuff you need)
3. Go to the old stronghold and go to level 2 to the fleshcrawlers (the ones south)
--Make sure you are in a nonpopulated world
4. This step applies if your a ranger, if you're meleeing, go to step 5.
Go to a safe spot and continue to range the fleshcrawlers until your desired range level without using
food!
5. This step applies if your a melee-based pure. Monitor your computer as fleshcrawlers attack you, make
sure you eat at 1 or 2 hp (they're max hit is 1)
6. When fleshcrawlers stop attacking you, go to the nearest ladder to climb up to the beginning of the level
2 stronghold, and go back to the same spot you were, they should start auto-attacking you again.

Pure (definition according to Runescape.com) - Any Runescape account that has a focused stat such as
strength, attack, defense, range, or magic. Any other stats they use to get up besides the one they're using to be a pure will stay at a certain level. Example : A strength pure will get their strength up as high as they possibly can while they're other stats will only go to a certain level and not get those stats maxed out. 99 Strength 40 Attack 99 Hitpoints 40 Ranged.
